I am a licensed clinical psychologist, board certified music therapist and licensed professional counselor. I have training in integrative psychology, humanistic/existential, cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic/psychoanalytic approaches. I believe that you have the internal resources that you need to resolve internal conflicts, tackle your challenges in life and make the best of your current situation. I will work with you in uncovering patterns and understanding yourself better, by reaching into the unconscious and explore connections between your past and present experiences, feelings and behaviors. I also offer psychological testing and evaluations to help address concerns and clarify diagnoses for a rage of conditions.

I work with adults from the psychodynamic/psychoanalytic framework and integrate different modalities when appropriate, including creative arts, such as music therapy, guided meditation and art. We can explore your dreams together. I offer MARI-Mandala therapeutic assessments, MARI-Mandala is a creative method that provides a portrait of your psyche and leads to further exploration of the self. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and identities.I have extensive training in trauma and I am also an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) practitioner.  As working through trauma can be challenging at times, it can be a liberating journey, where you no longer feel hijacked by triggers.
